My Promise to You:
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.
You've probably been referred to me by your lawyer, a
trusted friend, or one of my former clients. Unlike
most professions, you probably will not get to meet me until
after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors
have varying reporting methods and pricing. One thing for
sure is that a home examination requires a lot of work.
Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the
individual inspector's own effort. If you permit me to
inspect your new home I guarantee that I will give you my
best effort. This I promise you. Please note: No

When you use All-Pro for your home inspection you'll get a
certified home inspection by a licensed inspector and a
comprehensive, detailed report. All of my inspection
reports meet or exceed the Standards of Practice for the
Home Inspection Industry. Problems and conditions
identified during the assessment will be explained in the
report, in plain English. I'll be happy to answer all your
questions, both during the visual investigation AND anytime

During the inspection I will methodically inspect your
prospective home and educate you on its features in order to
help you understand your property. I will assess and
evaluate those areas where upgrades or replacements may be
necessary and look for costly construction defects and
safety issues that could lead to problems in the future.
You'll have ample opportunity to ask questions while we
examine the home. Being educated and informed on the
components of your prospective home should make your buying
decision easier.
